FLATWORK IRONERS, & DRYERS
B&C Technologies, Inc (B&C) warrants the original purchaser that all new B&C brand
commercial washer-extractors (HE, HP, SP, SI Series), flatwork ironers (IP Series) , and
dryers (DE, DP, TS, and FC Series) henceforth known as the Equipment, to be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The normal use of the
Equipment is in commercial and laundries. The terms of B&C's obligation under this
limited warranty shall be limited as follows:
1. Any parts, except those mentioned below for a period of 36 months from the date of
installation of the equipment. Normal wear items have a 12 month warranty from the date of
2. WASHERS: The bearings, frame, shaft, cylinder and shell for a period of 60 months
warranty from the date of installation.
FLATWORK IRONERS: Main frame and all rolls for a period of 60 months warranty from
the date of installation.
DRYERS: Bearings, frame, cylinder and shaft for a period of 60 months warranty from the
date of installation.
3. Equipment not registered for warranty within 6 months of delivery will revert to
delivery date for warranty purposes.

What is Fagor Washer warranty term?
Fagor’s Commercial limited warranty, warrants that all parts will be free from defects or workmanship during the period stated under the periods set in this document. Fagor Commercial obligation under this limited warranty, will repair or replace any parts proving to be defective in materials or workmanship during the periods specified below when the equipment is installed, used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Fagor Commercial assumes no responsibility for labor cost, transportation charges, local duties or taxes associated with this warranty parts.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of Fagor Commercial products or by written factory authorized warranty transfer to a new owner only if the equipment still in its original place of installation, and to those persons who, under applicable state law, are entitled to rely hereon as third party beneficiaries, but in no event shall Fagor Commercial be liable for property damage sustained by such a third party beneficiary if said applicable state law contemplates such liability but its exclusion.
LIMITED WARRANTY PERIODS FOR ON PREMISE LAUNDRY WASHER PRODUCTS
The warranty periods will start from the date of shipment by an Authorized Dealer or distributor of Fagor Commercial.
60 Months: Outer tub, inner cylinder, shaft, bearing & frame, for models with extraction speed of 150 & 200 G force
60 Months: Outer tub & frame for machines with extraction speed of 300, 350 & 450 G force models
6 Months: Rubber gasket, diaphragms, belts, mylar material and internal hoses.
36 Months: For any other factory installed mechanical or electrical parts that is not under the 60 months or 6 months warranty as specified above
LIMITED WARRANTY PERIODS FOR VENDED LAUNDRY WASHER PRODUCTS
The warranty periods will start from the date of shipment by an Authorized Dealer or distributor of Fagor Commercial.
120 Months: The inner cylinder (including the shaft assembly) bearing and bearing seals, frame assembly for models with extraction speed of 150 & 200 G force 120 Months: Outer tub & frame for models with extraction speed of 350 & 450 G force
6 Months: Rubber gasket, diaphragms, belts, mylar material and internal hoses models
36 Months: For any other factory installed mechanical or electrical parts that is not under the 120 months or 6 months warranty as specified above
12 Months: Coin acceptor & any other wireless components
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear
Fagor will not provide the replacement of fuses under this limited warranty
This warranty shall not apply to any product on which the serial number have been altered, defaced or removed
Damage due to external causes such as abuse, misuse, acts of nature, fire or other peril.
Damage due to failure to properly install, maintain or operate the machine as specified in the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions. Damage due to services performed by unauthorized service companies or use of parts other than genuine Fagor Commercial spare parts. Damage due to use in the machine of nonstandard laundry chemicals or processes.
Damage due to use of the machine in proximity to perchloroethylene or similar solvents.
Accessory parts sold separately and not factory-installed on the machine by Fagor Commercial
Warranty will be voided for 300 G force models sold for vended applications
Fagor Commercial will not pay for spare parts or freight unless covered under this limited parts warranty and specifically authorized by our Technical Support Department. If, in our sole reasonable discretion, we determine parts have been provided which were not covered under this limited warranty, we reserve the right to charge for all expenses incurred in providing parts hereunder, including but not limited to the price for parts and transportation expense. Further, Fagor Commercial serves the right to make any changes in parts, design or the construction of its machines without notice and without obligation to modify any previously manufactured machine. This limited warranty applies only in the United States of America and Canada to equipment sold by an authorized Fagor Commercial dealer or distributor.

IMPORTANT: READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY
The American Dryer Corporation warrants all new equipment (and the original parts thereof manufactured by ADC) to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of sale, but in no event more than 3-1/2 years from the date of manufacture thereof, except as hereinafter provided.
All ADC equipment and parts are to be purchased solely for commercial or industrial use.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of ADC products and to those persons who, under applicable state law, are entitled to rely hereon as third party beneficiaries, but in no event shall ADC be liable for property damage sustained by such a third party beneficiary if said applicable state law contemplates such liability but permits its exclusion.
With respect to all new repair or replacement parts for equipment manufactured by ADC for which the 3 year warranty period has expired or for all new repair or replacement parts for equipment not manufactured by ADC, the warranty period is limited to 90 days from the date of sale. The warranty period on each new replacement part furnished by ADC in fulfillment of the warranty on all new replacement parts shall be for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period on the part replaced.
With respect to lint screens, V-belts, gaskets, fuses, and other accessories furnished with the new equipment but not manufactured by ADC, the warranty is limited to 1 year.
ADC’s total liability arising out of the manufacture and sale of new equipment and parts, whether under the warranty or caused by ADC’s negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to ADC repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective equipment or part returned f.o.b. ADC’s factory, transportation prepaid, within the applicable warranty period and found by ADC to have been defective. The liability of ADC does not include furnishing or paying for any labor such as that required to service, remove, or install; to diagnose troubles; to adjust, remove, or replace defective equipment or a part; nor does it include any responsibility for transportation or insurance or other related expense which is involved therein.
With respect to dryers manufactured with a steam coil, said steam coil warranty is subject to a prorated use charge from date of dryer purchase or date of manufacture, whichever is applicable. The dryer owner making a warranty claim for a steam coil may elect to purchase a new steam coil under ADC’s “No Return Program” at a reduced price or return the claimed coil (after receiving written authorization from ADC) at the dryer owner’s expense for
evaluation and warranty verification by ADC and the steam coil

If a steam coil is returned for evaluation and found to have failed due to reasons other than manufacturers’ defect in material or workmanship (operated under pressures, plumbing, or conditions other than those specified by ADC as outlined below), the dryer owner is not eligible for steam coil pricing under the “No Return Program.”
The warranty of ADC is conditioned upon installation and use of its equipment under normal operating conditions. The warranty is void on equipment or parts: that have been subjected to misuse, accident, or negligent damage; operated under loads, pressures, speeds, electrical connections, plumbing, or conditions other than those specified by ADC; operated or repaired with other than genuine ADC replacement parts; damaged by fire, flood, vandalism, or such other causes beyond the control of ADC; altered, or repaired in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from its performance; which have had the identification plate or serial number altered, effaced, or removed; or which have been located in the proximity of dry cleaning machines and/or perchloroethylene.
No defective equipment or part may be returned to ADC for repair or replacement without prior written authorization from ADC. Charges for unauthorized repairs will not be accepted or paid by ADC.
The waiver by ADC of any individual term of this warranty shall not operate as a waiver of any other term of this warranty or of any future right, power, or privilege of ADC.
ADC is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or other consequential or incidental damages arising directly or indirectly from the purchase or use of its products or from any defect in material or workmanship.
ADC makes no other express or implied warranty, statutory or otherwise, concerning the equipment, parts, or service, including, without limitation, a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, a warranty of merchantability, or any other implied warranties which may arise from course of dealing or usage of trade. The warranties given here are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. ADC neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other warranty or liability in connection with the manufacture, use, or sale of its equipment or parts.
Does Wash IQ install customer supplied parts?
We unfortunately do not install customer supplied parts. This is due to our inability to offer any warranty and we cannot guarantee the quality and operational safety of the part as many suppliers other than us substitute generic brand parts for Manufacturer parts.
